Golden milk is a popular turmeric drink, an authentic turmeric latte also known by its English name golden milk.
What makes golden milk special is that it contains the necessary ingredients so that we can properly assimilate curcumin, the antioxidant compound that gives turmeric its main properties.
To do this, black pepper is added and, in turn, it is combined with a vegetable milk, which provides the fatty component. A turmeric paste (also known as “golden paste”) is prepared beforehand, which already contains everything necessary to assimilate turmeric well. Then with this turmeric paste, vegetable milk and a little coconut oil, golden milk is prepared, which is heated to homogenize the turmeric paste.
To benefit from its properties, you can drink two or three glasses of golden milk a day.

- 500 ml water

- 1 cup almond or soy milk
- 1 teaspoon turmeric paste
PREPARATION
- Mix the two plant-based milks.
- Add a teaspoon of the turmeric paste you had prepared before.
- Heat the mixture and, when the pasta has dissolved well, sweeten to taste.
