Ingredients
- 1 large mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple
- 250 ml almond milk
- Goji berries
- Dried coconut
Preparation
- Dice the fruit and freeze it. You can also add ice to the smoothie if you’d rather not freeze the fruit.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you get a liquid but creamy consistency. If you don’t have almond milk, you can use coconut or rice milk.
- Top your smoothie with some goji berries and a few slices of dried coconut for an exotic twist.
