Mango, pineapple and banana smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple
  • 250 ml almond milk
  • Goji berries
  • Dried coconut

Preparation

  1. Dice the fruit and freeze it. You can also add ice to the smoothie if you’d rather not freeze the fruit.
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you get a liquid but creamy consistency. If you don’t have almond milk, you can use coconut or rice milk.
  3. Top your smoothie with some goji berries and a few slices of dried coconut for an exotic twist.
