Ingredients for the slushie

  • 500 g pitted cherries
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • Agave syrup to taste

  • 1/2 tbsp. vanilla powder
  • 200 ml homemade almond milk

Preparation (15 minutes + freezing)

  1. For the slushie, whisk all the ingredients together until you get a very fine mixture, and then strain it to discard the cherry skins.
  2. Freeze 3/4 of the mixture in an ice bucket and reserve the rest in the fridge tightly covered. This preparation can be done from one day to the next.
