Noni juice is a highly nutritious enzymatic drink with antibacterial and antioxidant properties.

Ingredients for 235 ml
- 6 nonis
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon panela or molasses (optional)
Preparation
- Peel the nonis, cut them into cubes and put them in a bowl.
- Extract the juice from the nonis with the help of a cold-pressed extractor to preserve all its nutrients.
- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and add it to help tone down the natural bitterness of this fruit.
- Drink immediately.
If you can’t find fresh noni, you can use powdered noni, which is marketed as a superfood, and add a little water or plant-based milk.
Contraindications
Noni is not recommended in pregnancy, nor in the case of liver, kidney or heart disease. Regular consumption for prolonged periods should be consulted with a professional.
